Hello. I'm Dave Amiott. I'm a Los Angeles-based writer, actor, and comedian.
I'm originally from a small town outside Cleveland, Ohio.
In 2000, I graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in English Writing and Theatre.
In 2004, I completed the Conservatory Training program at the Second City in Cleveland.
From 2003 to 2005 I was a member of Something Dada, Cleveland's longest-running improv troupe.
I was a contributing writer for the humorous website "The Phat Phree", and I contributed material to the book "Save Toby". The Nixon stuff was all me.
In San Francisco, I performed with several groups, including Big City Improv, the Un-Scripted Theater Company, and Improv Slam.
As a comedian, I've performed at Harvey's and Martuni's in San Francisco, Tommy T's in Dublin, and Koji's and the Haha Cafe in Los Angeles. |
